Payment terms are agreed individually for each engagement based on scope, complexity, and timeline. All fees are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed. Payments are made directly to THE B2B GUY via bank transfer or other agreed methods. No payment information is processed through this website.
Upon receipt of full payment for a completed piece of work, all intellectual property rights in that work transfer to the client. The Thesis Guide retains no rights to use, reproduce, or publish any work delivered to a client.
The client warrants that any research data, ideas, or materials they provide to the Thesis Guide are their own or that they have the right to use them. The Thesis Guide will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material without authorisation.
Complete confidentiality is a foundational commitment of the Thesis Guide service. We will not disclose any client information — including name, university, research topic, or the existence of the engagement — to any third party under any circumstances. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement indefinitely.
The Thesis Guide provides professional academic writing assistance. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, including thesis approval, journal acceptance, or degree award. Academic decisions rest entirely with the client's university or journal.
Our total liability in respect of any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific deliverable to which the claim relates.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with the academic integrity policies of their institution. The Thesis Guide bears no responsibility for how clients represent or submit our work to their universities.
Cancellation and refund terms are agreed individually at the time of engagement. Generally, work completed and delivered prior to cancellation is non-refundable. Disputes regarding quality will be addressed through revision until the agreed scope is met.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
